Kenny Martin Driftwood Art

I spend a lot of time traveling around the west coast of Scotland and the islands in my campervan with my best buddy, Coco the black lab.

I’ve always had a big passion for art, as a young guy I was into oil and water painting and sculpture so it seemed natural that after I picked up a couple of bits of driftwood that I would turn them into “something”. It all started with a dolphin then a butterfly and now I design all sorts of furniture, accessories and artworks for sale.

I do bespoke designs for dining room tables, coffee tables, console tables. I do lamps in all sizes. Coco has her own range of lamps; she likes nothing more than beach combing and diving into rivers if she sees a good bit of wood!!

The presence of wood within the home has numerous proven health benefits from relieving stress, anxiety, and blood pressure to improving emotional states and wellbeing, it also improves the quality of air by both absorbing impurities out of and releasing natural oils into it.

Coco taught herself to find and collect driftwood, she watched me doing it then she started to copy me. Now she goes into the water and pulls bits out that I can't even see. She stacks it neatly in a pile for me to pack up. Best dog in the world. Coco has her own range of bespoke designs that I make from her finds.
